"Good Burger 2" star Kel Mitchell is reassuring fans that he's OK after experiencing an unspecified medical issue.

The scare was real, but so was the support," Mitchell, 45, wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday. "With the grace of God and the skill of the medical team, I'm now on the road to recovery at home, embraced by the love of my family."
